Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

However, given the breadth of our selection, some items may occasionally be out of stock and will need to be made to order.
Whether an item is handmade by nature or temporarily out of stock, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

All international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the logistical complexities of cross-border shipping. - Undeliverable & Lost Packages: We are unable to insure international packages. We cannot issue a refund for packages that are lost in transit or confirmed undeliverable without being returned.
General Shipping Policies
Tracking: All domestic shipments include a USPS Delivery Confirmation / tracking number. International shipments are sent via Certified Mail, which confirms postage but does not provide real-time tracking.
Delivered Packages: If a carrier confirms delivery, we consider the order fulfilled. If you cannot locate a delivered package, we will work with the carrier to investigate. However, if the carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement at no charge.
Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Sending to Someone Else? Please let the recipient know a package is on its way so they can watch for it and not inadvertently discard it.

- Special orders — custom and special order items are not returnable.
