No Sales Tax
We do not collect state sales tax on deliveries to any state in the United States, except for New York.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, personal checks, and money orders for online orders. Personal check and money order transactions will be held until payment is received. Discrepancies, Shortages, and Returns
Report any order issues within 60 days of the invoice date. Defective 14KT solid gold jewelry can be exchanged, but non-defective items cannot be returned. Gold-filled jewelry can be returned.
Returns
Return products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. We do not charge a restocking fee. Returns are not accepted for international orders, clearance items, and special orders.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified on your invoice. Reorder once the item is available again.
Backorders
If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified on your invoice and it will be shipped once stock replenishes, usually within 1-2 weeks.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We use US First Class Mail, US Priority Mail, and FedEx services. Additional processing time may be required. Domestic orders typically take 2-8 days to arrive.

We pay for shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. International orders are subject to shipping charges calculated during checkout.
