How to Order

Online: Add items to your cart and complete checkout using our secure, SSL-encrypted ordering system. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Some handmade or made-to-order items may require additional production time as stated on the product page or in our Shipping Information.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Canceling an Order

Orders can be canceled before they have shipped. Please call us toll-free at 1-800-741-7754 as soon as possible.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled from multiple locations. Some products ship from our location in Cary, North Carolina, while others — including many jewelry items — ship directly from the manufacturer or one of our trusted suppliers. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipment.

Domestic orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

We offer free economy shipping on U.S. orders of $40 or more. International shipping is available to select destinations. Available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Product Availability

We carry a large catalog, including products fulfilled by manufacturers and trusted suppliers. Occasionally, an item may become unavailable before our website inventory is updated. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly and provide the applicable cancellation, refund, or other available options.

Returns

You may return products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. We do not charge a restocking fee and we cover return shipping for U.S. customers.
