Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Canceling an Order

Orders can be canceled before they have shipped. Please call us toll-free at 1-800-741-7754 as soon as possible.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days via USPS from Cary, North Carolina. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and can reorder once the item becomes available again.

Returns

You may return products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. We do not charge a restocking fee and we cover return shipping for U.S. customers.
