Track Your USPS Shipment

All Rosarycard.net orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Enter your tracking number below and click "Track My Order" — you'll be taken directly to USPS.com with your shipment details, including real-time location, transit history, and estimated delivery date.

How to Find Your Tracking Number

  1. Check your email inbox for a message from Rosarycard.net with the subject line "Your order is on the way" or "Shipment confirmation." This email is sent as soon as your order ships.
  2. Open the email and look for the tracking number — it will be a long string of numbers (and sometimes letters) with a clickable link next to it.
  3. Click the tracking link in the email to see real-time carrier updates — this is the fastest method and requires no account or login.
  4. Alternatively, copy the tracking number and paste it into the form above, then click "Track My Order on USPS."
  5. Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, your order may still be processing. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. If it has been more than 3 business days, contact us and we'll send you your tracking information right away.

Order Tracking FAQ

Where do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order ships. Look for an email from Rosarycard.net with "shipment" or "on the way" in the subject line. The tracking number is a long string of numbers you can click or copy. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend it immediately.

I placed my order but haven't received a shipping email yet.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 1-800-741-7754 or sales@rosarycard.net and we'll check the status immediately.

What if tracking shows no updates?

It can take 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system. If your tracking number shows no movement after 48 hours, the carrier may not have scanned the package yet — this is common during peak seasons. If no updates appear after 3 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

My package shows "delivered" but I haven't received it.

First, check all delivery locations — front porch, side door, mailbox, garage, and any sheltered areas where a carrier might leave a package. Ask household members or neighbors if they received it. Carriers occasionally mark a package as delivered shortly before the actual drop-off. If you still can't locate it after checking thoroughly, contact us within 48 hours at 1-800-741-7754 and we'll file an inquiry with the carrier.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the delivery address — contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address from our end. You may be able to request a redirect directly through the carrier using your tracking number (USPS Intercept, UPS My Choice, or FedEx Delivery Manager).

What if my package is delayed?

Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, high volume (especially during the Christmas season and Easter), or operational issues. If your package is more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll reach out to the carrier for an updated status. We are committed to making sure every order reaches you.

How do you ship orders?

All orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Domestic orders typically ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, depending on the size and weight of the order. International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Every order includes a USPS tracking number that you can use on this page or on USPS.com to follow your package from our warehouse to your door.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship directly outside of the United States. We do ship to U.S. territories, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Hawaii, and Alaska. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to order from us, you are welcome to use a U.S.-based shipping forwarding company — we can ship your order to their U.S. address, and they will forward it to you internationally.
