All international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the logistical complexities of cross-border shipping. Tracking: All domestic shipments include a USPS Delivery Confirmation / tracking number. International shipments are sent via Certified Mail, which confirms postage but does not provide real-time tracking.
Delivered Packages: If a carrier confirms delivery, we consider the order fulfilled. If you cannot locate a delivered package, we will work with the carrier to investigate. However, if the carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement at no charge.
Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Sending to Someone Else? Please let the recipient know a package is on its way so they can watch for it and not inadvertently discard it.
