Delays may occur during peak seasons such as Christmas and the Spring Sacramental Season (First Communion / Confirmation).
Handmade & Made-to-Order Items
We carry thousands of medals, crosses, and jewelry items — including Patron Saint Medals and Jewelry— and do our best to keep the most popular designs in stock and ready to ship. However, given the breadth of our selection, some items may occasionally be out of stock and will need to be made to order.
Whether an item is handmade by nature or temporarily out of stock, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

International packages are shipped via Certified Mail, which serves as proof that your package was mailed. It is not a tracking number and does not provide real-time updates on your shipment's location.
We are unable to insure international packages. By placing an international order, the customer assumes all risk of loss or non-delivery. We are unable to issue a refund if a package is not delivered.
All international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the logistical complexities of cross-border shipping. Customs requirements, international carrier limitations, and the unpredictability of return transit make it impractical for us to accept returns on orders shipped outside the United States. - Payment at Delivery: If your carrier assesses additional fees, payment will be expected at the time of delivery.
- Refused or Rejected Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, if your order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if a package is returned because the local postal service cannot locate your address, we will refund the cost of the products only — once the package has been returned to and processed by our warehouse. Refunds do not include original shipping fees or any return shipping costs.
- Undeliverable & Lost Packages: We are unable to insure international packages. We cannot issue a refund for packages that are lost in transit or confirmed undeliverable without being returned.
General Shipping Policies
Tracking: All domestic shipments include a USPS Delivery Confirmation / tracking number. International shipments are sent via Certified Mail, which confirms postage but does not provide real-time tracking.
Delivered Packages: If a carrier confirms delivery, we consider the order fulfilled. If you cannot locate a delivered package, we will work with the carrier to investigate. However, if the carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement at no charge.
Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Sending to Someone Else? Please let the recipient know a package is on its way so they can watch for it and not inadvertently discard it.
Running Short on Time? If your order won't arrive in time for a special occasion, consider printing a picture of the item to present as a placeholder — the real gift will be on its way shortly!

- Special orders — custom and special order items are not returnable.
Gold-filled jewelry can be returned under our standard 60-day policy.
