- Refunds are processed within two weeks and issued to your original payment method.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in new, unused condition. Items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned for a refund:
- 14KT solid gold jewelry — this jewelry is cast to order and cannot be returned unless defective. Defective solid gold jewelry will be exchanged at our expense.
- Special orders — custom and special order items are not returnable.
Gold-filled jewelry can be returned under our standard 60-day policy.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, follow the same return process above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item to you.
Lifetime Guarantee

Should any Bliss item tarnish or have defects, we will repair or replace it at our expense. If the item is no longer in stock, we will either replace it with a like item or issue a full refund.
